The Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin, Chardonnay, and Shiraz are the most cultivated varieties in this area.

Among all the cultivated varieties, the Shiraz is a wine of delicious flavor that gives off the essence of the ground in which their vines grow.
